Shipping policy

Every order is packed by hand in Rotterdam.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Austria and Luxembourg, grouped into the zones below. Shipping is calculated once per order and shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery options and costs

We offer standard home delivery. We don't offer express delivery — for a single folded garment the cost would be wildly out of proportion to the service, so we've left it out rather than charge for it.

Delivery times

Once your order is on its way, these are the usual delivery times:

Netherlands — 1 to 2 working days
Zone 1 (Germany, Belgium) — 3 to 5 working days
Zone 2 — 3 to 5 working days.

We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days. We will deliver within 30 days at the latest, as the law requires. If for any reason we can't, we'll tell you, and you're free to wait or to cancel for a full refund.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with a link the moment it's on its way.

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged

Write to us at orders@avesso.nl. Once a parcel is with the carrier the timing is in their hands, but the order remains our responsibility until it reaches you — if it's lost in transit or arrives damaged, we'll make it right. In line with our Terms, risk passes to you only once you receive the order.

Returns

If a piece isn't for you, you have 14 days to send it back. Our Refund Policy explains exactly how that works, including your right of withdrawal. The cost of return postage is yours, unless the item arrived faulty or not as we described it — in which case it's on us.
